Mr. Barf came to visit today. Oh the guilt of sitting in a meeting when your boy texts you that he's thrown up seven times in the morning! I had to leave work and head home. At home it was actually quite nice today, as I had done a huge job cleaning last Sunday. Now we just sat and enjoyed a few rental movies.

I finally had time to take pictures of our home all covered in snow, but sorry, no pics here! It was also soooo nice to be home waiting for the little guy to come home after school! Oh the joy on his face when MOM was opening the door for him, taking all his snowy stuff to dry. I made him buns with mayo and egg filling and he was like he's never eaten food before. We even had time after doing homework to look at funny  long domino videos from Youtube. The little one had so many questions: What is internet? What is Youtube? What is Facebook? I really thought that he had understood the basic concepts, but no. Although he can search videos from Youtube or google up stuff, he hadn't understood the bigger picture. Oh this is SO important for parents to sit down with their young ones and carefully instruct to Internet use. Now they understand why they can't open all interesting adds and links. They knew nothing about viruses and abusive videos before I told them not to click this, this or that for these reasons. Now I feel safer letting them go online. They have been warned.
